Delivery and Returns
When buying an item through www.from-a-journal.com webshop we offer FREE GLOBAL FREIGHT.
After your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Journal send with UPS & GLS.
European orders 3-5 days
Other countries 4-8 days
Returning an item is on own your own expense.
If you wish to return an item, purchased through our web shop you must do so within 14 days after receiving the parcel.
You have the right to open the package to check your goods, but products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product(s). Return shipping costs will not be refunded. In addition, the following criteria must be met:
- All original packaging with pricing, labels, hang tags etc. must be intact.
- No tape is to be attached to the product or the product’s packaging.
- Shoe boxes must be packaged inside another box.
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria risk being refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so send the package with a traceable service so it can be located.
Please remember to write RETURN AND REPAIRS on the outside of the package to ensure a swift transit through any customs offices it may encounter. Once we receive your return we process your refund if terms are met.
It is your responsibility to ensure that you pack the goods you wish to return adequately for it to arrive undamaged back to JOURNAL.

Your returns will be processed within 5 business days after our warehouse has received the goods. You will receive an e-mail when the refund has been made. Please note that it can take a up to 5 business days before the money is available on your account.
All JOURNAL products come with a 2 year warranty against faults in materials and manufacture. This warranty covers production faults, not wear and tear from regular use. If you believe you have a warranty claim, please contact our customer service. Include order number, photos of the suspected fault and a brief description of the claim.
